Techniques used are neuromuscular, deep tissue, and trigger point massage. 

I am very passionate about my choice in this career and I focus on the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy especially with pain management.  I am very communicative with my clients and ensure that they understand what areas need focus on and why as well as making sure that they understand the body mechanics and how they can address exercises at home to relieve their pain as well.
